When I came to Lauren about three weeks ago we were in need of a fresh logo. It wasn’t that old since we are a newer breeder but just needed a makeover. Lauren took on our ideas and ran with them. I’m sure I was a little difficult at times but she made this process so easy. She is very competent in her design skills and a great communicator in keeping you in the loop on where your design is at. Hey, I’m Lo.
I am a fifth-generation agriculturalist, hailing from the town of Wren, Ohio where we raised Chianina-Chiangus cattle on a small hay and grain operation. I currently reside two hours north on my husbands family's 150-year-old grain operation with our daughter, four dogs, a mess of show pigs, and a herd of commercial cows. My journey as a freelancer began over six years ago, during which I have assisted businesses across various industries. However, it wasn't until I obtained my marketing degree from Bowling Green State University, amid a global pandemic, that I transitioned my freelance career into a full-time business, celebrating five years in business in 2023.
Lauren Schmid Marketing + Design serves all industries. However, my extensive experience in production agriculture has instilled a deep rooted passion for partnering with farm, ranch, and related ag operations, aiding them in keeping current with modern-day marketing practices. In addition, I offer a comprehensive range of services, including graphic design, photography, and videography.
